The Wines

The soil absorbs the slow weather of the seasons, the moods of the years, the temperature of summers, the cold of winters, the rains, the frost.
It absorbs them and turns them into nourishment for the vines.
This sap goes up the shoots and coagulates in the berries, which swell with memory.
The clusters are finally harvested, pressed, left to rest, bottled, and stored in cellars for long aging.
